HiFiveBot Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays).
Processing time refers to order confirmation, packaging coordination, and carrier booking.
Delivery time depends on product location and carrier schedule.
For made-to-order products, additional preparation time of up to 3 weeks may be required before handoff to carrier. Estimated timelines will be communicated at order confirmation.
2. U.S. Domestic Shipping (In-Stock Products)
For products marked as “In-Stock – U.S. Warehouse”:

Shipping origin varies depending on supplier or distribution partner.

Delivery time depends on the actual carrier (FedEx, UPS, Freight, etc.).

Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.
Delivery Inspection Requirement
Due to the industrial and high-value nature of robotic equipment:
Customers must:

Record unboxing video

Report any visible damage within 48 hours
Failure to report within 48 hours may affect damage claims.
3. International Shipping
For international orders (outside United States):

Customs & Duties

International Shipping Risk & Responsibility
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the international carrier.
HiFiveBot is not responsible for:

Seizure due to local regulatory restrictions

Incorrect import documentation provided by customer
Warranty & International Shipping
Product warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Warranty does NOT include:

International shipping costs

Customs duties

Cross-border freight charges

Return international logistics fees
Customers are responsible for all cross-border transportation expenses for warranty service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Due to lithium battery regulations and export compliance laws:
Certain products may not be shipped to specific countries or regions.
HiFiveBot reserves the right to cancel orders if export restrictions apply.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information.
HiFiveBot is not responsible for:

Refused delivery

Returned shipments due to customer error
Reshipping fees may apply.
6. Freight Damage & Claims
If freight damage occurs:
Customer must:

Take clear photos/videos

Contact support within 48 hours
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
